地道摩洛哥菜

吃地道的摩洛哥菜，有朋友介紹這間位於尖沙咀的餐店，店內裝修華麗，設計明顯是花過心思的。

 

Briwates of kofta Crisp Filo Pockets stuffed with minced beef ($58/4pieces)

先點了份春卷，選了牛肉口味，跟一般在酒樓吃到的大同小異，但由於是即叫即炸，所以比較脆口，牛肉味道亦挺為突出。

 

再點了個2人餐。

Beef Kofta Tagine Beef Kofta Tagine是店內招牌之一，用上茄汁、洋蔥和其他香料煮成的醬汁味道就像茄汁肉醬，非常香口。 肉丸是球狀的，一份有四粒，肉味香濃，很喜歡！

 

Couscous Chicken 另外一個招牌食物Couscous Chicken，Couscous是沙律的一種，有點像平日我們吃到的白飯，但更細，配上原隻鮮雞脾，肉質嫩香，再配上一碗雞湯。

餐飲可選芒果奶昔，味道不會很酸，芒果味道突出，香濃幼滑，非常解渴。

 

Creme Caramel ($48) 最後配上甜品一份，選了焦糖布甸，為晚餐劃上完美句號。
